•WHAT AREA'S DO YOU SERVICE?

We service the whole of the Illawarra region. Sometimes we can service out of area, but this will incur out of area surcharges according to distance. Please contact us for any out of area questions.

•WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We send invoices via PayPal for payment through PayPal or bank transfer.

•WHEN DOES PAYMENT IN FULL NEED TO BE MADE?

All accounts must be settled prior to setup.

•CAN I PICKUP MY SETUP RATHER THAN GET IT DELIVERED?

Smaller props, letters and numbers can be picked up from our warehouse with a bond. Larger packages and setups require us to deliver them.

•DO YOU CHARGE A DELIVERY FEE?

No we don't have a delivery fee for the Illawarra region, yay! 

•DO YOU CHARGE A STYLING FEE?

No, we style it all for free.

•DO YOU DO SPECIAL BALLOON ORDERS BIGGER THAN YOUR PACKAGES?

Yes of course, if this is the case please contact us and we will then direct you in the right place in regards to the balloon order.

•DO YOU HAVE FRESH FLOWERS THAT CAN BE INCLUDED AND HIRED OR PURCHASED?

We don't personally have fresh flowers, but you can bring along fresh flowers or we can direct you to one of our wonderful florist partners.
